I graduated from USC with my Masters of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I'm passionate about alleviating the mental health stigma and advocating for equitable mental health services. I graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology and an Honors Interdisciplinary Studies minor where I was able to work with the SDSU Counseling & Psychological Services to grow more confident in my decision to become a mental health advocate.
