Talent Acquisition Recruiter Ii
Responsible for providing timely and efficient high volume full life cycle recruitment support in alignment and support of the strategic organizational needs of Rogers Behavioral Health. - Coordinates pre-employment requirements such as drug testing and background checks.
- Assists with new hire orientation.

- Coordinates new hire process, i.e., paperwork, drug testing, and conducts New Employee Orientation.

- Help maintain Research Recreation Association (RRA) equipment and RRA inventory by assisting with the accounting of Fitness Center funds and merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the merchandise sales floor.
- Maintain department Ledger (bookkeeping) and checkbooks.
- Assist with Employment processes such as applicant tracking system, coordinating interview schedules, and drafting offer letters.
- Distribute mail and process invoices, bills, check requests, expense accounts, and purchase requisitions.
- Efficiently answer telephone inquiries, provide assistance to callers, and receive/distribute messages for department staff.
- Greet and assist visitors, applicants, and staff members.
