Responsible for providing timely and efficient high volume full life cycle recruitment support in alignment and support of the strategic organizational needs of Rogers Behavioral Health. This includes identifying, screening, interviewing, and acquiring top talent for key critical positions such as Therapist, Case Specialist, Behavior Specialist, Registered.

• Manages the full life cycle recruitment which will include creating and placing employment advertisements, screening resumes, phone interviews, in-person interviews, following up with candidates.
• Partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and makes recommendations for hire.
• Uses various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, career fairs, cold calling, area canvassing and networking to attract and retain qualified candidates.
• Participates in recruitment events including internal and external job fairs.
• Sources top-level talent and makes appropriate referrals to Hiring Managers to interview candidates for hire.
• Understands how to source and connect with passive candidates.

• Oversees the recruiting process; full cycle recruiting to include interviewing, pre-screening, making offers, and onboarding.
• Coordinates pre-employment requirements such as drug testing and background checks.
• Assists with new hire orientation.
• Works with management to ensure timely understanding of current and future workforce needs and implements improvements to staffing processes including sourcing and selection.
• Assists in the day to day implementation of policies and procedures.
• Assists in the development and maintenance of job descriptions.

Mission Road Ministries

• Provides information to applicants regarding application process, employment policies, organization and vacancies.
• Manages, maintains, enters and retrieves employment, employee information into HRIS databases, and corrective actions: i.e., Disciplinary Action and Terminations.
• Oversees criminal history and MVR verifications. Verifies and obtains references and work history information from prior employers, educational organizations, individuals, credit bureaus, and other sources.
• Prepares and post vacancies internally and externally such as social media, classified ads, and ATS systems.
• Manages employee feedback forms: 60-90 day and semi-annual feedback.
• Coordinates new hire process, i.e., paperwork, drug testing, and conducts New Employee Orientation.

• Help maintain Research Recreation Association (RRA) equipment and RRA inventory by assisting with the accounting of Fitness Center funds and merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the merchandise sales floor.
• Maintain department Ledger (bookkeeping) and checkbooks.
• Assist with Employment processes such as applicant tracking system, coordinating interview schedules, and drafting offer letters.
• Distribute mail and process invoices, bills, check requests, expense accounts, and purchase requisitions.
• Efficiently answer telephone inquiries, provide assistance to callers, and receive/distribute messages for department staff.
• Greet and assist visitors, applicants, and staff members.
