As an accomplished Human Resource professional, my expertise lies in successfully coordinating organisational and workforce planning and development through strategic Human Resource initiatives. Throughout my career, I have facilitated recruitment and selection, payroll and benefits, employee relations practices and innovatively identifying training needs, implementing hands-on and virtual learning strategies within the education and corporate environments.I have a solid educational foundation as I obtained a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment through TAFE and have successfully completed my Masters Degree in Human Resource Management as well as additional training with a published article in BMC Nursing Journal in 2020. I am also a member of the Australian HR institute as a Professional MAHRI member.As an Organisational Capability Advisor, I oversee a comprehensive range of responsibilities including participating in learning and development activities, team member engagement initiatives, facilitate internal communication channels, maintain, and enhance team member benefit offerings.In my previous position as a Human Resources Administrator for UQ Sport Limited, I oversee a comprehensive range of Human Resource responsibilities including participating in learning and development activities, talent selection practices, on-boarding, administering policies and procedures, process improvements, and employee relations. As a former Lecturer with North West University in South Africa, I created engaging training programs and learning experiences for 1st to 3rd year students who studied Human Resources Management. In addition, I identified skills gaps and designed suitable solutions to ensure that student learning outcomes were achieved. My previous experience has equipped me with a vast range of skills including working with a diverse range of people. I am an excellent communicator which allows me to connect with my stakeholders and thrive in a team environment.
