I handle all types of employment-related litigation, including claims for age, race, sex, disability, religious, and national origin discrimination arising under the various civil rights laws, as well as claims involving family leave issues, wage and hour matters, and breach of contract. I also spends a significant portion of my time providing preventive counseling, training, audits, policy reviews, drafting of contracts, and defense of claims in the administrative setting. I am often the "go to" person for client "911" employee emergencies because of my ability to provide practical and creative advice. I have also developed a specialty niche in drafting affirmative action plans for federal contractors and have represented a number of federal contractors in both desk audits and on-site audits.

My practice focused on employment law litigation, HR counseling and business litigation (contract negotiations and disputes, business torts, and commerical law). I also developed a niche practice negotiating federal contracts and interpreting the affirmative action duties and responsibilities of federal contractors and defending federal contractors in compliance audits initiated by the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).
