Responsible for developing the processes and procedures that define the Howard Hanna Franchise System as Howard Hanna, the 3rd largest real estate company in the United States, transitioned its brand licensing division to a Federal Trade Commission-compliant franchise. Developed & implemented robust and scalable franchise operations framework; established onboarding and integration process for new affiliates, mergers, and acquisitions; completed end-to-end digital transformation.
