Monica achieved a Computer Science degree (cum laude) at the University of Milan.Leaving the loved academic context she started working as an Italian pioneer of the Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence since 1998 collaborating on many national and international projects. Believing in the power of data transforming into information, in those years Monica contributed to making a small ICT consultancy company into a reference point for the Italian market of DW/BI.In 2000 Monica was a co-founder of Concept, a company to combine consolidated methodologies with emerging needs and new technologies. In the following years, she collaborated both as a member of the management and as a consultant and account.In 2002 Monica was a co-founder of Couponline a company specialized in large-scale distribution and couponing where she collaborated both to define product development (named 'Scontoqui') and to realize business intelligence analysis on large amount of data. Since 2004 Monica has been interested in Enterprise Feedback Management and experience data. In fact, after helping enterprises have long been swimming in data, Monica believes that traditional operational data does not paint the full picture because this is the “what happens” while experience data is the “why does this happen?”.
