I was licensed at the end of 1999 and began my career as a Realtor at Century 21 Newlin Real Estate in Atwater. Since my dad was a Century 21 agent, it seemed a natural choice. In the early 2000's I specialized in listings and marketing homes for sale. My goal has always been to represent all clients to suit their needs! Since then, the small office I worked for was purchased by Century 21 M & M and Associates in 2002,we moved from Atwater to Merced in 2007 and our offices are now the #1 Century 21 Office in the WORLD for the last 3 years! The use of the Internet took hold, followed by a housing boom and then the "housing bubble burst". A Realtor's job description has dramatically changed! I have continued assisting sellers, many to avoid foreclosure and complete a short sale, and have also added banks and asset management companies to my list of sellers, entities that were unheard of in my early years as a Realtor. I continue to help sellers obtain the best price for their properties, in their time frames needed and negotiate the best terms possible to suit them. I am currently helping local buyers and out of town investors navigate through the processes and market trends of short sales and foreclosures. It's an ever changing market...I am looking forward to another change as we continue to see a decline in bank owned homes, foreclosures and short sales, along with an increase in property values and a healthy, stable market.
