Lead a team of experienced project managers in the delivery of regional projects, mainly, but not limited to transitions and business transformation. Managing a team of 4 team leaders and a manager (total of 35 people), delivering financial services within the Group, to a pool of Global customers;Main achievements: - set-up and stabilization of the team and tools used; - implementation of additional reporting for Group Management use; - constant improvement of the team KPIs over the entire period

Single point of contact for all finance issues for BAT ISSC Team and for BAT’s Logistic Agent;Provide financial scenarios, analysis and early warnings to enhance decision making, with focus on Trading Terms and Internal Secondary Supply Chain (ISSC) costs;Enable proper control over ISSC spend in the main areas of Trade: trading terms and pricing, stock, budgets;Promote alignment between different stakeholders (ISSC, Distribution Agent, Marketing IT, Distribution IT Systems and Finance). Major achievements:Co-ordinated a team of system and accounting specialists to re-design Field and Systems procedures, enabling the Accounts Receivables month closure duration to be reduced from 5 to 2 working days;Finance work stream leader on a project to re-design sales processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness in control and reporting (authorizing a sales CRM to act as Sales Ledger, adapting the ERP (SAP) to accommodate stock management needs, adapting Sales and Operational procedures accordingly).

Series of rotations within the Finance sub-departments of the Romanian Sales, Romanian Operations and Regional Rome Office meant to enhance the leadership and functional knowledge of the trainee.
