Manage the accounts receivable process by ensuring that all invoices have been received, attaching all necessary support to the invoice, verifying revenue is coded to the appropriate account, sending invoices to clients, and following up on payment status when necessary. Perform a forensic analysis of the facility's operations by reviewing its Annual Report, Trial Balance, Tax Return, Financial Statements, Payroll Register, UC-2's, 941's, and General Ledger. Perform testwork on bank, payroll, and total expense reconciliations.Manage processing of multiple open audits simultaneously and completing them in alignment with deadlines.
