This book is part of the Collection of Planning History and the Environment Series of ROUTLEDGE. I was the Research editor assistant in charge of analyzing, studying and investigating about each city, as well as handling all the book graphic material. During this time I had the opportunity to work with a group of architects, urban planners and writers who studied the planning process of cities from some Latin American countries such as Argentina, Chile, Brazil, México, Peru, Cuba, Costa Rica and Venezuela.
