As a lawyer and PHD on private law, I focus my practice on family law, specially complex divorces, child adoptions, international child abductions, inheritance law and surrogate parenthood.I have been practising as a Family lawyer since my qualification in 1987. My work covers all aspects of family law advice but I am specialised in high-net-worth divorce with an international element.👉 I have been working on on the International Return of Children for many years: I was the lawyer of the first famous trial in this field, which was the precedent-setting witness case in Argentina: "Wilner vs. Osswald s/Restitución internacional de menor" (the "Daniela case", 1995). 👉 I also advise intentional parents from different parts of the world about their process of surrogate parenthood.👉 I am easily able to resolve conflicts with international components.❤️ Although I have collaborators from different practice areas, I have a personal relationship with my clients, for whom I am always the reference contact.❤️ I am fully aware that, in my field, people come to me not only for advice, but also for support. That is why I make sure they know that if I take on their representation it is because their case is important and special to me.I am part of the technical committee of the National Clear Language Network, because I firmly believe that in the lawyer-client relationship, as well as with society as a whole, communicating in a direct way and with full transparency is essential.I am an undergraduate and graduate university professor and have written numerous articles in specialized magazines on the subjects I work on.
