Monica Hands is the Broker and Owner of Springer & Harris Real Estate. She is a Florida native, born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, and obtained her real estate license in 2004. Since then, Monica has assembled an extensive record of closed sales by incorporating her market expertise, negotiation skills and “get it done” attitude into each transaction. Monica’s sales experience, local roots, and extensive knowledge of the real estate industry is what sets her apart. While Monica has spent most of her career as a Top Producer, she has likewise become a well-respected leader within her industry. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Broward Palm Beach and St. Lucie Realtors® and is the association’s incoming Secretary for 2023. Monica also serves on the board of directors for Florida Realtors®, the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), and was named “Broker of the Year” in 2019 by the Broward Palm Beach and St. Lucie Realtors®Monica has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida State University and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development from Nova Southeastern University. In addition, Monica has obtained various real estate certificates and designations through NAR including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), e-Pro, Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), and the Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement.
