Assist the Director in coordinating and managing various aspects of the graduate programs in Bioinformatics. Act as a point of contact for students (prospective, current, and alumni), faculty, and external collaborators.

Consult on statistical analyses being conducted within the company.

Developed statistical algorithms for clustering and therefore analyzing high-dimensional data, specifically gene expression data within nutrigenomics.
