Assisted the ideation, creation, and release of their Instagram as a healthcare startup specializing in patient advocacy care for cancer patients throughout their time at an accelerator program.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Women's Visual Merchandising and working with styling team, assisted decision-making regarding styling product in stores in accordance with high-level storytelling and design concepts, as well as sales objectives pertaining to customer needs through merchandising and business perspective. Operational tasks included processing samples, managing inventory, collecting samples used for style-outs, and organizing the studio set space. Gained knowledge of product adoption processes, terminology pertaining to the fashion retail space, and lifecycle of seasonal collections at the intersection of store-experience and creativity.In the design studio, curated the BRFS shops seen in stores to create monthly Women's Visual Presentation Guides (VPGs) to be distributed to all stores across US, Canada and Japan segments for Banana Republic Factory Store. The VPG directs store leaders to curate their shops in accordance with high level regard to storytelling, design concepts, and branding through thoughtful placement and styling of products.
