Having a big passion for all things baking I took a leap and began working for Carlo's Bakery. During my time at the Westfield location I was able to utilize my experience and skills and deliver the highest level of customer service to every individual that came in. I also took the opportunity to learn and improve my decorating skills from all the talented bakers/decorators that worked with me. My days consisted of * greeting all customers, *providing assistance with any questions/issues/orders, *daily inventory checks and ensuring all cases were presentable, * Making sure opening or closing procedures were followed and completed properly *consistently ensuring myself and all staff followed sanitation guidelines and kept the store and their workflow up to ServSafe standards, *Taking initiative and guaranteeing team moral remained positive and productive.

Clients consisted of FOHF, Private Equity, Single Manager Hedge Funds, etc* Ensuring proper review and processing of all client subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and incoming/outgoing wire payments. * Follow all AML and KYC procedures and guidelines* Daily reconciliation of all client balances * Preparation and delivery of multiple reports (Customized and System Generated)* Proper escalation and handling of any client or investor issues that arose* Daily handling of answering multiple email and phone inquiries* Assisted in raising proceeds for different charities and was heavily involved in creating department events that helped build team moral
