Working at the Real Estate Department as PM for new "Store concept" openings in Catalonia region (refurbishments and new locations) leading the construction process:• Project design audit (external office). Work permits follow up.• Definition and coordination of the previous works needed to relocate the personnel before the refurbishmentcan be done (new temporary location / transfer to another office / sectorize the premises).• Definition of project schedule and cost control.• Tendering of main contractor and management of external suppliers (furniture, ATMs, security system, etc.)• Weekly on site supervision of construction works to ensure high quality standards.• Coordination of main contractor, external suppliers and internal departments within Caixabank to meet the opening date at 100% operation rate.• Adapt the closed banking offices (integrated in the process) for its future commercialization.• High performance rate: an average of 15 openings per year. Achievement of results under great pressure, withvery tight deadlines (fixed 10-week construction phase) and within budget (700k€ - 1M€).

Working at the Expansion Department in charge of new store openings, refurbishments, relocations and closing of all channels’ stores (franchise, owned retail and corner stores), coordinating the whole process from design to POS opening:• Carry on site visits for technical assessment of the location.• Supervision of the design process (in house + external architect office) to comply with both local regulations andDesigual standards.• Planning & budget definition and monitoring.• Tender and manage external suppliers (furniture, painting & decorations, lighting, signage, carpeting, mannequins, visuals, security system, etc.)• Weekly on site supervision of construction works.• Coordination of local contractors, external suppliers and internal departments within Desigual to meet theopening date.• Monitoring of Desigual’s concept throughout the process to ensure brand’s standards.• On site supervision of furniture fit-out and final handover of the POS.Store openings in Italy, France and Spain. High performance rate: an average of 15 openings per year at 1.500€/m2.

Working at the Interiors Department as PM for Monobrand projects (new store openings, refurbishments and relocations of franchised stores):• Carry on site visits for technical assessment of the potential location.• Supervision of the design (in-house); agree project with both internal and external stakeholders (franchisepartner).• Planning & budget definition and monitoring.• Tender and manage external suppliers (furniture, special fixtures, lighting, signage, wall cladding, hoarding, etc.)• Weekly supervision of construction works.• Coordination of local contractors, external suppliers and internal departments within G-Star (Retail Operations, Marketing, VM and Logistics) to meet the opening date.• Monitoring of G-Star’s concept throughout the process to ensure high quality standards.• On site supervision of furniture fit-out and final handover of the store.• Development of the PM guide for internal use.Store openings in Spain (Madrid, Valladolid, Zaragoza, Lleida, Valencia, Barcelona, Girona), Portugal (Porto, Braga, Albufeira, Lisbon), Hungary (Budapest), Chile (Santiago de Chile), UK (London, Derby, Brighton, Newcastle), France (Marseille) and Italy (Rome, Florence, Milan).

Head of Facility Management for the so called Barcelona South Area, in charge of O&M services for AGBAR group facilities such as CETAqua, ETAP (Barcelona´s main water treatment plant) and Fundació AGBAR, among others.• Definition of maintenance plans, both Preventive (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM).• Tendering of contractors and suppliers.
