I assisted property owners and managers advertise their housing units and helped students and community members find housing. I also gave presentations to parents and students about off-campus housing, and I organized the 2014 Student Housing Fair. I called alumni for monetary gifts on behalf of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. By building rapport with alumni, I demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, which resulted in my promotion to Lead Caller. As Lead Caller, I encouraged other callers, helped them deflect objections, and improve their sales pitch. I personally raised more than $35,000 in one semester.

I was the sales associate for the Home Store Department. I kept the shelves stocked, operated point-of-sale system, assisted customers in making gift and personal selections, and developed strong customer service skills.
