Monica is a Wellness Educator, Intuitive Energy Healer, Certified Corporate Wellness and Stress management Coach. With an Education in Early Childhood Education and work experience in Preschool and Home Day Care, she has worked closely with children with Autism in the school and home setting as a teacher, tutor and therapist. Certified in teaching Imagery and Guided Meditation for Children, EFT, Mindfulness, Pranic healing and teaching all levels of Reiki as a Reiki Master in Usui and Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki. Monica has worked with individuals suffering from cancer, insomnia, depression and others on their spiritual journey. Her Reiki practice includes 'Hands-On' and 'Distance Healing' for children and adults with Autism and emotional anxiety and has proven to be beneficial for Chronic pain relief, chakra balancing, stress relief and relaxation for children, adults and pets. Many have benefited from Reiki, Guided Meditation, Meetups and classes at the Inner Sanctuary Wellness Studio.Her expertise lies in facilitating seminars and workshops on stress relief, mental health, meditation, mindfulness and attaining a healthy lifestyle for Corporate Employees, Educators and teens.Monica is a Certified BARS Practitioner, Pranic Healer, Emotion Code Practitioner and Certified Meditation/Mindfulness Instructor.In her mission to spread the benefits of Alternative Healing, she is a Board Member of the National Coalition Against Prescription Drug Abuse to empower individuals with tools to manage stress and emotions to reduce or avoid drug and substance abuse.
