About Monica Kander

Monica is an experienced leader, coach and start-up company founder and director. She has over 20 years’ global HR experience, where she has held both in-house management and consulting roles. She is passionate about transforming the world of work, creating safe workplace cultures characterised by trust, honesty, and organisational justice that allows individuals to thrive. Monica has a deep understanding of the challenges facing organisations today, and is committed to helping her clients build thriving, sustainable enterprises. Having started her career in Social Work, working with vulnerable populations in South Africa, and with a Master of Business Leadership degree, she is passionate about empowering people to unlock their full potential.
