Monitor Guests charges on their statements and on Credit cards;Daily authorizations on Credit Cards ;Responsible for daily balancing of all Ledgers for all Revenue Centres;Reconcile all prepaid amenities and revenue for different departments;Create, update and maintain Gratuity Reports for Bar, Restaurant and Housekeeping staff for payroll purposes;Monitor all complimentary accounts;Monitor revenue and work closely with Financial Controller, Crew Payroll Manager;Perform cash account auditsTraining the Guest Services Officers in all the Financial Operations standard policies and procedures;

Obtain guest Credit Card registration and handle changes on credit cards and /or other methods of payment;Credit card processing, including obtaining manual authorizations;Verification of system accounts checks and transfer of balances as per company policies;Report generation, back up and reset of the POS on a nightly basis ;Balance all revenue areas on a day / night basis ;Roll of the Business day in Micros and Fidelio;Monitor all guests accounts with cash and Credit Cards
