I am a business manager and an HR consultant with a passion for supporting organizations in achieving their goals and missions. I have a Master's Certificate in Human Resources Management and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. I enjoy working with diverse and collaborative teams to create positive and impactful outcomes.Most recently, I was the HR Business Partner and Senior Manager of Human Resources at StriveTogether, a national network of community organizations working to improve education outcomes for children and youth. In this role, I oversaw the HR functions to ensure alignment with the organization's values, goals, and mission. I worked with a PEO for the day-to-day generalist work. I left StriveTogether in January 2024 to care for my ill parents and now it is time to pursue new opportunities.
