Supporting classified enterprise infrastructure services for 200 end-users at Northrop Grumman, including network support, physical and data access control measures, account creation, hardware procurement, installation of network switches and connectivity for secure areas, I collaborate with diverse teams of system engineers, technicians, IT managers and customers/stakeholders. My featured success includes:☝ As the interim IT Project Manager for the more than 1 year without pre-established procedures or policies, I ensured timely, full-scope project completion, developed a continuity book and trained 3 System Administrators as well as a brand-new, incoming IT manager.✩ I lead installation, upgrade and support projects of varying scope, including leading a 4-person cross-functional team that established network connectivity and supported uptime for an additional 400+ end-users in a new location and managing the upgrade to Windows 10 for 75 PCs on-time and with zero data loss. $$$ To assist with $5M budget projections for the upcoming fiscal year, I forecast customer needs and assess project scope and resources to ensure that funds are efficiently allocated.♘ I provide technical expertise by troubleshooting issues with innovative solutions, supplying the ISSM/ISSO with necessary data to maintain and update Authority to Operate (ATO) for classified networks, supporting procurement of hardware and assisting the communication security (COMSEC) manager to keep data secure.

As a member of the US Air Force Reserve, I led multifunctional team of 10 technicians that served as the primary point of contact for 9,700+ customers and 60 partner organizations or federal agencies that provided Special Air Mission support for top-level government officials including the President, Vice President, Secretary of Defense and other cabinet level VIPs. I managed daily operations for the computer network. Highlights include:♘ I managed projects varying in scope, from planning to implementation, that enabled data connectivity for LAN/WAN systems, such as a PC refresh in Afghanistan that required delivery coordination of all necessary equipment to the Middle East for updating 300-400 computers.✓ Ensuring accountability for $100M+ in communications and computer systems equipment, I established and maintained QA guidelines as well as adherence to policy.

I directly supported 50 end-users at the Academic Training Center, a 140K s.f. facility with $90K in IT equipment that supported the F-35 aircraft program. I managed software and hardware upgrades in a Classified/Unclassified environment and installed, backed up and troubleshot all break/fix issues with unclassified and classified systems within ATO guidelines. Highlights of my contributions include:♘ In coordination with cross-functional technical support teams over multiple divisions and as many as 5 different organizations, I served as the main point of contact, providing technical expertise when evaluating capital improvements, repairs or installation projects. ✩ I led, trained and mentored my 5-person team of technicians to maintain 100% network uptime in a 24/7 operating environment by creating, prioritizing, scheduling and monitoring IT and facility trouble tickets and enhanced program sustainability by creating new instructions and streamlining troubleshooting processes. ✓ Assisting with the schoolhouse setup, I ensured network support for 96 classroom connections by creating the project schedule, coordinating system and network downtime with minimal interruptions to service, installing hardware and creating access control parameters.✓ By attending 100% of the Corrective Action Board meetings, I provided feedback to the QA team on best practices and ensured that hardware and software met requirements.

I led a technical team of 4 subcontractors who supported multiple sites and remotely assisted 1,500+ end-users on an unclassified network as part of the ACE-IT program for Lockheed Martin. Providing Level 3 technical support services, I ensured that service level agreements (SLAs) were met, resolved any issues and supported the delivery of engineering services to customers located across more than 90 countries. My featured achievements include: ✩ Supporting HR needs, I created my team’s work schedule, managed paid time off (PTO), screened and hired personnel, on-boarded and trained new employees while handling any escalated technical issues.⚐ For a cable management project that caused a 75% outage across the organization as well as the executive leadership team, I identified the fault, developed the plan to mitigate the problem, led the team that restored connectivity and ensured the issue would not recur in the future.✩ Enabling monthly computer updates for 200+ PCs, I scheduled project tasks, upgrades and installations around end-users’ schedules, coordinated with local support staff, site supervisors and division managers, clearly conveyed requirements and clarified issues in order to minimize downtime and optimize support.
