Specific activities: • Update of the list of the last group of medical equipment to be procured for the new facilities. • Sorting of the 632 specialized medical devices contained in the updated list into 176 groups that would define the procurement projects. Unit price and total cost estimates were included. • Assessment of the hospital’s Neonatal equipment inventory to determine the possibility of their transfer to the new facilities. • Writing of the document that would be used during the kick-off meeting for the Neonatal equipment procurement project, where their basic configuration was included.
