Monica Mack started with Levy Restaurants in 1999 as the Hostess of the Grand Reserve Club at STAPLES Center. She quickly learned what food & beverage business in the Sports & Entertainment was all about in her several years in dealing with the high profile members in the club and quickly became the Lead Hostess. In 2002 she was hired by ARAMARK as the Restaurants Administrator for the Stadium Club at the newly built HOME DEPOT Center (Home of the Los Angeles Galaxy & Chivas USA). In 2003, ARAMARK was replaced by Levy Restaurants at the HDC and Monica was back working for the company where it all started. She continued to manage the Stadium Club as the FOH Supervisor and was in charge of the Luxury Suites, reporting to the Director of Operations. In the 2004 NBA & NHL Season, Monica earned the title of Clubs Manager at Staples Center and operated the Grand Reserve Club, Arena Club, Platinum Lounge & FOX Sports SKY BOX on a rotating basis. Currently Monica is the primary manager of the LEXUS Lounge and the AMEX Platinum Lounge. Monica continues to express her desire to learn all aspects of the food & beverage business in the Sports & Entertainment Field and looks forward to furthering her career with Levy Restaurants. Monica has recently been promoted to Senior Clubs Manager at STAPLES Center.Specialties: Excellent service standards and attention to detail.
