As a Senior Clubs manager I manage the operation of the Lexus Lounge (formally the Grand Reserve Club), the American Express Platinum Lounge, The Arena Club and The FOX Sports SKY BOX and work dirctly under the General Manager. In this position I manage about 75 front of house and 50 culinary service professionals.

Although, I took on several other responsibilities at other venues, I still worked as the Lead Hostess in the Grand Reserve Club at STAPLES Center from 1999 - 2005. I was then promoted to Clubs Manager after going through the company's management training program. In the GRC, I was reponsible for running the event based operations which included all service training, staffing, cost and inventory controls, purchasing, menu creation, scheduling and all private catering functions. In this position I managed 20 front of house employees.

After running the restaurant, I was promoted to run the Luxury Suites. Responsibilities included advanced and day of order management, scheduling, monitoring all culinary aspects of suite catering and supervising the suites staff of 25 service professionals.

In 2003 my previous manager at STAPLES Center asked me to come over and help open the new HOME DEPOT Center in Carson California. I was given a supervisor position and was responsible for running all administrative aspects of the Stadium Club Restaurants weekday lunch and event based business. Such responsibilities included scheduling, cash reconsiliation, inventory control, and reservations. In this position I directly supervised 2 bartenders, 10 servers, 3 hostesses and 4 busboy/runners.

The exclusive Dugout Club at Dodgers Stadium is where I provided wait service to over 500 guests a day during Dodger games. Guest ticket prices included food & non-alcoholic beverage, but I frequently had over $2000 in additional food & alcohol sales. In this position I worked with a fantastic team of 75 service industry professionals.

During the "off-season" at STAPLES Center, I was offered a position as server in the Turf Club at Hollywood Park. In this position I provided professional wait service to over 150 guests daily.

In 1999 I was hired as a Hostess in the Private Grand Reserve Club. Several months into the NBA/NHL season I was promoted to Lead Hostess after showing my dedicated and strong work ethic. In this position I was responsible for all reservations and seating of all Private Members and their guests, all cigar sales and late night cocktail service on the private patio. I directly supervised 4 staff members.
