CurrentThe MacPerry Group Nfp. was organized in February 2007. During a brief conversation with my son, he expressed his fear about attending his first job interview. Due to my 10 years plus experience in Human Resources Management, I inquired to the knowledge he received in high school. His response to me was "Mom, they did not teach us about job interviewing in high school". Since he attended a vocational high school, I was sure that he received this training without any hesitation. From that point forward, I thought, "if my son was totally clueless, there were other individuals as well that had the same fear". I proceeded to provide my son with the necessary skills needed to conquer his fear of job interviewing. He was offered the position and accepted. My quest began to provide the same assistance to other youth and adults. The MacPerry Group Nfp. was birthed!
