I developed my skills on managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting large and small scale training programs and events.

Guidance and monitoring the processes of recognition, validation and certification of competencies (RVCC); monitoring and stimulating the work of trainers; accompaniment of the adult in the construction of his reflective learning portfolio (PRA), in articulation with the trainers; identification of training needs of adults, in conjunction with trainers; updating of the Integrated Information and Management System for the Educational and Training Offer (SIGO).

Responsible for monitoring and stimulating education through art projects involving groups of children and young people of different age levels.
