I scheduled daily installations of residential and commercial burglar alarms as well as scheduling the route for the service technicians.Daily equipment inventoried prior to install and verified all support documents, sales order, job details and expectations were communicated to both installer and customer. Installation support of remotely programming alarm panels and ensuring contact points were labeled properly in the alarm keypad. After-install care of ensuring all documents were signed off and job was funded.Sales support consisted of draw up quotes, provide new-builder/contractor quotes and reviewed job layout.Alarm monitoring support of monitored burglar, fire and robbery alarms. Contacted necessary public safety departments as needed for specific types of alarms. Admin duties entailed account creation in custom program, account modifications, billing and answering phone and technical support.
