It is the foundation of an innovative, future-focused economy.• ICKR is a joint research venture across eight international universities led by the University of Technology Sydney (Australia) and Institut Mines-Telecom (France)As Deputy Director, I:• Manage a multidisciplinary research team to achieve ICKR's strategic goals• Foster global institutional collaborations to advance research on ICKR's priority research areas• Contribute to research on the future of education, innovation in higher education, AI, and sustainable / regenerative economies• Oversee the delivery of high-quality outcomes for funded research projects• Lead the development of funding proposals, currently with a focus on the ethical use of AI in higher education.

• Developed collaboratively a pilot project analyzing and presenting OECD countries' development policies within West Africa, and the development needs of SWAC member states within a regional context.• Analyzed American development aid programs in West Africa and liaised with internal and external contacts to produce a comprehensive report on the subject.• Contributed to the development of a manual for policy makers and other regional stakeholders on cross-border cooperation. • Diagnosed the potential for cross-border cooperation and the integration needs in terms of infrastructure, markets, economic development, social dynamics, and regional and national legislation for the Nigeria - Cameroon border. Researched and wrote a timeline and literature review.
