I direct the implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives for the world's largest rental equipment company - United Rentals, Inc. In this role, I focus on advancing UR's DEI efforts in deep partnership with our Executive Team, and other key stakeholders. I also work directly with employees to refine and drive the development of strong, self-sustaining Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Both of these approaches allow United Rentals to be the industry leader across their employees' lifecycle and all operating functions.As the former Legal Affairs Manager for UR's Labor & Employment Law Group, my legal background allows me to interpret and enforce equitable employment practices for a company with over 25,000 employees in North America, Europe, Australia & New Zealand.
