Monica is a founder of PlayWorkGroup. Since graduating from Rhode Island School of Design, Monica has over 15 years of experience as a creative director in-house and at reputable agencies. Monica’s work has focused on fashion, luxury, and lifestyle branding. Her experience has ranged from advertising, marketing, media packaging, store design, visual display, creative branding, and events. Prior to founding PlayWorkGroup, Monica was the account creative director for GAP worldwide from 2002-2006 at Laird and and Partners. Prior to that Monica’s principal experience was at the creative firm, Arnell Group. She has also worked on consulting projects at Lloyd and Company. Monica has been responsible for a prestigious roster of clientele including: Donna Karan Collection, Gucci, Tommy Hilfiger, Nautica, Swiss Army Brands, Rockport, Cuervo, McKinsey Consulting, Nike, Limited Brand Enterprises, and Talbots. Her projects have been featured in Esquire Japan’s Top ads of 2006.
