- Created the first Master Data Management organization in PepsiCo Europe. This MDM organization was responsible for four countries. My work served as an exemplary framework for all later implementations in all European PepsiCo companies and it was recognized as PepsiCo’s best MDM worldwide in 2013.- Technically Led the Data Quality project. Automated the SAP data processes into software procedures. This had major impact for Pepsico, by automatically verifying the work of more than 200 end-users.- Co-founded PepsiCo’s European Data Standards Organization. The organization is responsible for creating standardized data methodologies and processes for all Europe (Data Governance, Data Harmonization and Data Standardization).- Created and conducted the SAP data training sessions for hundreds of data end users.- Created a few SAP Business Intelligence reports and served as data consultant for interested teams.

- Led data cleansing and data conversion processes (from four different legacy systems with three different languages and two different alphabets) and their migration into SAP using BOA Server. - Implemented and configured Pepsico's SAP Data Workflows (customers, vendors and materials) for 200+ end users.- Created data standards and templates for Pepsico SAP roll-out. These were used in all the following PepsiCo SAP migrations projects in Europe.

- Led the Accounts Payable and Master Data Files migration for PepsiCo’s internal ERP for Romania.- Created a few Microsoft Cubes (reports) for the Sales and Planning departments. The reports formed the foundation of the Pepsico’s Romania branch strategic decisions.

- Was key contributor for the implementation of Finance and HR modules in Scala ERP.- Developed the software interface between Scala and the Insurance system ( code implemented in SQL Server store procedures). The interface runs every month, and it migrates data from the Insurance system into the Finance system (implemented in Scala ERP).

- Developed Certasig's Insurance system ( code implemented in PHP and Posgres database) (www.certasig.ro/).

- Developed the on-line trading website www.vanguard.ro on the Stock Exchange (code implemented in ASP, SQL Server, JavaScript, Macromedia). - Developed a simulator for a Futures Stock market, and a website that allows clients to trade virtual stock futures for training purposes.
