• Assessment of the Corporate Governance performance of client companies as part of Proparco’s investment process;• Follow-up of action plans and provision of specific support to clients and investment officers to address identified deficiencies to improve the Corporate Governance practices of client companies;• Contribution to ongoing Corporate Governance training for the investment team, both at the head office and in the regional offices;• Transversal support to the development activities of the governance approach (update of tools, incorporation of E&S, development of templates, etc.).
