As an Assurance Services Senior I work independently and in teams focusing on compliance or advisory projects. Creating draft audit reports for management review and assistance with daily supervision of staff are among my responsibilities. I also assist Managers and Partners in preparing risk assessment and audit plan programs. Additionally I maintain all of the responsibilities that I had as an audit staff, including audit test work and documentation, financial statement preparation, analytical review of account balances, and technical research.

This involves participating in the preparation of financial statement reports, performing analytical reviews of various account balances, and preparing supporting work paper documentation. In addition I provide technical research to solve issues that arise during the course of various audit engagements.

As an intern with Moss Adams I participated in both Assurance engagements as well as Tax Preparation. I worked 40-60 hours per week and was able to see a wide range of corporate structures and industry groups. I was face to face with clients, Controllers, Accounting Managers, and CFO's on a regular basis which allowed me to hone in my communication skills.

I worked at the OSU Foundation for nearly two years as a student fundraiser, calling alumni and friends of the university and asking for support. I raised $49,000 during the 2012 Fiscal Year for Oregon State University.I was promoted to the supervisor position in September 2012 and became responsible for hiring, training, and running the telefund with my other student supervisors.
