Charge Entry for Radiation Oncology practices located all over the US, received billing information from patient sites and entered into the billing site, updated patient demographics, helped patient sites with any billing questions, helped write training manual.

Travel to schools to take year book and ID pictures. Assist in gathering and processing picture orders from several locations a week. Create storage disks for proper organization of photos. Maintains and stores equipment for various photo assignments. Set up and tear down equipment.

Record and enter patient data and census (retrieving billing from one database created by doctors and changing updating information to add to an Excel spreadsheet to submit for coding). Make multiple shared Excel spreadsheets for doctors to use monthly for patient demographics updating. Help doctors with management and maintenance problems regarding the Excel spreadsheets.

Manage Census Reports and correspond with physicians about their billing charges. Use Microsoft Office Suite to enter 3500 – 4000 charges monthly into database; collect and enter referring doctor information into company website for printing and PDF file creation of patient demographics for delivery to company headquarters for registration and pre-authorizations.
