Reporting directly to the Corporate IT area, managing a program containing the 3 major IT projects for the Transition and Transformation in the Service Lines of Application Management Services Service (AMS) and Hosting Service, from the beginning of the RFP process and contract management to final implementation of projects, leading multidisciplinary teams of Yara (IT and business area) and the main IT outsourcing vendors: IBM, Softtek, Inmetrics and HP;- Implemented IT Change Management for YARA internal processes to support the new model for Operations and Application Management Services and governance model, based on ITIL processes and best practices, with gains reflected in Productivity and Quality of Yara processes for the business areas, and greater synergy and efficiency for IT staff experts in incident management, analysis and support for making decisions.- Preparation, evaluation and contract phases in the RFP (Request-for-Proposal) for the selection of IT outsourcing providers.- Managed the IT Transition and Transformation Project for Hosting Services in Cloud environment (CMS), achieving improved performance, stability, continuity of services, cost reduction by simplifying the hosting infrastructure model.- Managed the IT Transition Project for the Application Management Services and Governance model - SAP system and related satellite applications (Mastersaf, Senior HR and others) to replace the internal AMS Operation Management YARA Brazil for an Operational Excellence Management provided by an external vendor of IT outsourcing, obtaining improved service performance, maintenance and support for more effective implementation, reduction of backlog tickets and immediate improvement in the degree of satisfaction of business areas.- Management of contracts, deliverables, budget and costs, and relationships with outsourcing IT Vendors.

Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Application Management Service line (AMS), leading a team of 15 Project Managers / PMOs, and supporting 5 managers of Service Operations area (SAP, GIS, BI and Distributed Systems). Led a team of 85 IT professionals, and responsible to support managers and leaders in outsourcing projects at financial segment.Responsible for sales of R$ 5M/ano, acted on two fronts:- As Program Manager, coordinated the implementation of the corporate ERP supporting 25,000 employees across applications: Microsiga (RH), Electronic Point for BPO, modules and integration with SAP. Established the Project Portfolio management and relationship conflicts and, in the modeling of processes and performance indicators, definition of metrics and risk analysis, a business continuity plan, with results as Resource Optimization and Operational Cost Reduction.- As Systems Manager, made management and delivery of the following projects:• DDA solution (Débito Direto Autorizado) led by CIP (Camara Interbancaria de Pagamentos), where TIVIT is the technology provider of this high profile project of the Brazilian financial system, responsible for creating the billet electronic payment, delivery held on 19 October 2009.• Project NOSA - Routing of Transactions Itaú-Unibanco to provide means for authorizing online channels available of HiperCard transactions, routing them to their proper authorizers, delivery conducted in October 2009.
