I am a technician in international trade, I am part of a commercial export department within the coffee machine industry. We distribute coffee machines all over the world, we get to any point. We help our customers/distributors with all the necessary paperwork for the import, quality certificate, origin, contracts, transport, training courses, participation in fairs... We are in continuous communication with the customer/distributor as the needs or problems in each country are totally different.I closely monitor my customers, from the entry of their orders until the goods arrive in their destination country (including collection). I am a demanding, methodical, organized person, with a dynamic, proactive, planned attitude, with the ability to maintain an overview of the large number of tasks to be performed, analytical, with management capacity and influence teamwork, to delegate tasks in the corresponding areas, multitasking. In turn I am a communicative person and who reports to all the necessary levels of the organization. I love the customer's deal, identifying their needs, their problems (customer oriented, international sales, troubleshooting). Identify the differences of one country and another, know its projects, its sales strategies, marketing... for further analysis and better collaboration and planning. I believe that communication with the customer is paramount in addition to the consequent communication with the rest of the team within the company for greater understanding and work on the part of all.I have an MBA from EAE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from European University. I am always interested in growing professionally and expanding my knowledge, chasing new opportunities.
