Assist in Chat and Email support using Magento Inc Software, regarding prospecting and customer support questions. Presented introductions of our products and services, answered general customer service questions. And assist on setup up new company enrollments and agent transfers. Assist with clients, on their own graphic design artwork, when needed will give suggestions, and assisting client to any fix needed for their Direct Mail or Print Services projects. Handle client's complaints in reference to their order status, and/or outcome, and assisted in billing inquiries.First point of contact on account management request, with brokers/owners maintaining their company profiles. Handle billing arrangements inquiries, custom graphics request as needed and submit request to proper Account Services Representative as needed. Handles multiple call center support ques, for each online businesses, within our company profile. QantumDigital.com, QuantumPostcards.com, and integrated partners. Also assist with YellowPages support to their YP Sales Rep on their website “PODS” and client support for yellow pages clients using DigitalExpress.yp.com website. General Office Support and Task within the department and Front Desk assistant when needed, using Mitel phone software & touch screen transfer.
