Responsibilities:•Develop business plans from ideation to launch, encompassing cost analysis, financial projections, and market entry strategies.•Monitor strategic projects from conception to closure, ensuring implementation within established scope, time, and budget parameters.•Collaborate with internal teams on the implementation of strategies for the successful introduction of new products, ensuring alignment with the Firm's strategic objectives.•Design and manage a system for monitoring OKRs and KPIs, facilitating continuous analysis of trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities in the realm of new business.

Responsibilities: •Develop strategic planning projects focused on defining measurable managerial, business, and organizational strategies for companies from short to long term, that would allow them to meet internal objectives and goals. •Create strategies through the use of tools such as the Canvas model, DOFA, process map, strategic map, McKinsey's 7s, and Balanced Scorecard. •Lead the process of business diagnosis through the analysis, identification, and evaluation of the competitive environment, as well as internal variables of the business. •Define the organizational structure of companies, establishing their strategic vision and generating recommendations against opportunities for growth of their business model. Achievements: •I achieved a 4.5 out of 5 performance rating (per client) in the coordination of strategic planning projects. •Developed 3 quarters of a document with the guidelines of the internal business diagnostic strategy to standardize the process, improve quality and mitigate errors in the implementation. •Coordinated and trained an interdisciplinary group in strategic planning to develop their knowledge and skills to face new projects with clients.

Responsibilities: •Create action plans, including resources, timelines, and budgets for project management. •Lead work teams to ensure that the projects developed were completed on time with a high level of quality.•Track all activities executed, their traceability, and current status, presenting the progress of the projects and the results obtained at each planned stage. •Maintain contact with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives to ensure client needs are met. Accomplishments: •I led and supported collaborative spaces in sessions with external clients using design thinking methodologies generating innovation processes. •I coordinated 4 projects of different economic sectors maintaining their main KPIs (resources, scope, and time) above 80% compliance.

Responsibilities: •Support in the development of national-level strategies on administrative and operational skills for El Corral, Papa John's, Leños y Carbón, Beer Station, and others. •Prepare reports, presentations, and training for directors and coordinators of the different chains, to generate improvements within the operation of the brands. •Assist the purchasing area with the management and communication with suppliers of essential supplies for the operation, providing support to all points of sale nationwide of all chains, logistics, and plants. •Manage and legalize accounting documents from suppliers and point of sales in accounting and cost areas, handling purchase orders and billing entries in the SIESA system.Achievements:•I conducted training for the personnel of the operation at a national level of the different chains, managing to reduce errors in the filling out of accounting documents.•I developed a database to determine and classify the main points of sale with operational problems, allowing leaders to take timely corrective actions.•I obtained a performance rating of 9.7 out of 10 for the activities performed by my direct supervisor.
