A great example is that I took my daycare to the next level, which brought educational improvements, financial opportunities, and families were benefiting. I took my daycare to the next level because NAFCC accredits my daycare, I hold a Silver level in ExceleRate, and I brought Early Head Start. I seek financial opportunities by obtaining Strength Grow Grant, Restoration Grant, Employee Bonus Grant, Smart Start Grant, and Quality Improvement Funds. I brought the Early Head Start program to my daycare, which has brought many benefits to the families I serve. I was improving the lives of the parents and their children by guiding them and inspiring growth in their child's education, health, and wellness.
