-Research, design and online posting of job descriptions and position requirements.-Stratification and sourcing of IT profiles for open and future positions.-Assessment of candidates’ English skills.-Coordination of technical interviews between candidates with internal team leaders.-Post-hire experience follow up with new hires.-Contract signature and closure, documentation requests and follow up.-Constant process and sourcing tools improvement- Coordinate all job placements activities, as requested, between clients and candidates- Follow up with candidate till the date of joining- Negotiate salaries, incentives and work conditions with candidates- Innovate and/or create new ideas for the recruitment process
