Having different roles along my career in tech, first as an individual contributor, writing code in C, Python, Golang, and then growing my responsibilities as a manager and then manager of managers, allowed me to follow my passion to build successful products and fast-growing teams. The open-source project that I co-founded, called Beats, was acquired by Elastic in 2015. Elastic Beats have more than 300M downloads and are extremely popular: most of the companies out there, from small companies to big enterprises, are using it for monitoring and securing their infrastructure and services. I believe in servant leadership, and have extensive experience with growing and managing fully distributed teams.

I have ensured interoperability with several gateway types. The product is still running successfully at several telcos from Germany.Since 2009, as Palladion has become the single focus of IPTEGO's strategy, I joined the small team developing and maintaining the product. During this phase, I also held technical presentations during business critical training sessions and sales meetings.During these years, I have started multiple initiatives inside IPTEGO, including the Fraud Detection and Prevention product, which has become one of the key differentiators for the Palladion suite. On April 26th, 2012 IPTEGO was acquired by Acme Packet. The chain of acquisitions follows and on Feb 2013 Oracle acquires Acme Packet.
