As the Senior Director of New Solutions for Consilio LLC, Monica is principally responsible for a Product Advisory Board consisting of 8 strategic partnerships with prospective and current clients, a Product Steering Committee with cross collaboration amongst 5 departments and 2 proprietary machine learning products that have analyzed 3.4 million documents to date with projected margin lift of 800K. She leads a team of 5 engineers that develop data analytics products and oversees the development of mobile technology conversions.
