# What I do # Translating is my trade. I have been working for over 25 years translating from German and English into Italian. Like many translators, I began my career without specialising in any field, taking on texts of any type. Over time, however, I came to focus on the areas I was most interested in and had an opportunity to further my knowledge in. I can offer translations of superior quality in these areas.# What my fields of specialisation are #MARKETING and ADVERTISING: newsletters, press releases, advertising brochures and house organs, including TRANSCREATIONAIR TRANSPORT: airline company websites, communication with the customer base and premiums, loyalty-building programs and advertising campaigns, both online and offlineLEGAL: contracts, notarial acts, certifications and authenticationsFINANCE: financial statements and explanatory notes, financial reports and prospectuses# My strong points #--> I dedicate myself to the sectors I know best and in which I keep myself constantly up to date: as a result, I am able to offer a higher level of quality --> I translate only into my mother tongue--> My regular clients provide me with feedback on the work I have done, so I can refine my knowledge of specialised language in these fields on a day-to-day basis # An extra guarantee #I'm certified according to UNI 11591:2015 - TRAINT201900078. Since 1994 I have been an Ordinary Member of AITI, the Italian Association of Translators and Interpreters. In addition to possessing the required educational qualifications and years of experience, in order to be admitted as a Qualified Member in the various language combinations it is necessary to pass a very challenging exam in each field of specialisation. Members must also complete mandatory refresher courses within the framework of a three-year continuing training program.
