The "Guild” is a national non-profit organization that strives to help kids feel seen and supported by the adults in their lives. To expand the authenticity-based adult SEL programming, I solidified two NYC Department of Education contracts, increased the network fivefold, led rebranding and field-building efforts, and was an active member of the CASEL SEL Providers Association Event Committee. Also led operational restructuring including curriculum development and facilitator training models.

HLS Summer Pods and HLS@Home were pandemic-era projects that brought project-based learning and community to 100+ children. They were spearheaded by Hudson Lab School, a progressive, project-based learning K-8 school in Westchester, NY that inspires curiosity, creativity and connectedness. As a founding team member, I designed, tested, and scaled the products and services. Also supported the development of the summer camp and school through various roles.

Prehype is an international venture development firm and entrepreneurship network. They build new businesses independently, and large-scale clients (as a precursor to Co-Created).As an Entrepreneur in Residence, I helped clients ideate new business concepts and go from concept to MVP. In addition, I redesigned and taught an Applied Entrepreneurship university course based on Prehype’s product development framework. Also worked as a designer for select projects.

HQ Trivia, part of Intermedia Labs, Inc. — Fast Company’s 2018 Most Innovative Company, backed by Lightspeed Venture Partners — was a live online game show platform. At its height, HQ Trivia had 35 million downloads and 2.4 million players on the app concurrently. As first employee after founders, I built and ran the company’s operations through multiple interactive, live media product development and launch cycles including HQ Trivia.Left for full-time graduate studies at Parsons.

Inert was a Tribeca-based studio centered around new models of collaboration for artists and designers. Managed design, development and launch of programs and exhibitions. Also supported artistic direction.

Founded as Lower Manhattan Cultural Council, LMCC serves, connects, and makes space for artists and community. Since 1973, LMCC has been the champion for independent NYC artists and the cultural life force of Lower Manhattan.Managed administration for Board and Executive Committees and the President's day-to-day. Also managed and supported the Institutional Advancement team's work streams including Governor's Island development project and the River to River Festival.
