I am a Sales Operations Officer at Sistema.bio, a social enterprise that provides biogas solutions to farmers in Kenya and other countries, aiming to improve their quality of life, combat climate change, ensure clean energy, eradicate poverty, and empower women. With a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Professional Marketing from CIM, I have the skills and knowledge to manage sales operations, cultivate customer relationships, provide marketing support, leverage interpersonal skills, facilitate sales training and support, and analyze data continuously.In my role, I have contributed to the growth and productivity of the organization by improving the sales processes, enhancing the customer satisfaction, and supporting the marketing strategies. For example, I have implemented Salesforce.com to streamline the sales pipeline, monitor the sales performance, and generate insights for decision making. I have also developed and delivered sales training and support materials to the sales team, ensuring that they are equipped with the best practices and tools to achieve their targets. Additionally, I have collaborated with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns, events, and communications that promote the brand and the products of Sistema.bio.
