I work with the Cloud Engineering and Security & Compliance Engineering leaders in a Chief of Staff capacity to support the creation and measurement of OKRs, manage the headcount process and team budgets, and provide data driven analysis to internal and external stakeholders. I also lead and facilitate org wide events such as All Hands, AMAs and leadership level quarterly offsites. I serve as a Co-Lead for Box's internal community- Women In Tech (WIT). I organize events for our internal Boxers around career growth and foster inclusion in all of Box's internal people processes.
