About Monica Yunkyoung Cho

majored in Mass Communication and New Media studies during the academic periods. My interests are 'User/Customer Behaviors' in the business field. By reading customers' needs from their behaviors via various touchpoints and databases, I have executed business-focused marketing strategies and services to meet those customers’ needs. Based on my academic background, I worked for a broadcasting company, a satellite DMB company combined with a mobile telecom area, a well-known global IT company, and a Food Tech company. Those companies are the No.1 company in each business area in Korea, and I am very proud of these work experiences.
