In 1999, Campbell, with husband Ken, founded Litigation Services & Technologies with a vision of providing technology-based litigation support services to law firms and corporate legal departments, including electronic trial presentation strategies fusing the reason of the learning and legal sciences with the passion of technology and cutting-edge marketing communication tools. Since 2003, LST has enjoyed the position of Nevada’s largest deposition reporting and litigation support firm. Monice has consistently been chosen to manage depositions and exhibits for the largest commercial litigation cases including Resort at Summerlin, Venetian, AgriBioTech, and Southwest 1031 Exchange. As president, Monice oversees the total management of the court reporting specific areas of the business, including reporter recruiting, skill assessment, training, quality control, job scheduling, reporting policies, and production. She also is active in client development and client retention. The firm was created to exploit her goodwill and introduce proprietary reporting and litigation technologies that LST brings to the market.Monice also continues to serve as a court reporter to the company’s high profile clients in complex litigation cases. She has been consistently considered as one of the top 1% of reporters in the Las Vegas market, both in terms of income and skills.

Monice left the confines of her employer-firm in 1994 to pursue entrepreneurial interest and establish her own court reporting business. As an independent reporter, she was responsible to learn and conduct all aspects of the total business, including sales, marketing, reporting, pricing, bookkeeping, production, collections and training. She managed the business with part-time and contract labor assistance. Monice spearheaded a network of local free-lance reporters, similar to herself, who collaborated to satisfy client needs and secure high profile business while retaining separate identities and fiscal independence. During this period, she became recognized as one of Las Vegas’ premiere reporters, achieved national recognition as a Registered Professional Reporter (< 3% nationally), and produced consistent six-figure gross earnings.

Pursuant to her licensing in December 1989, Monice went to work for one of the top firms in Las Vegas, whose reputation for quality work was at the top of the market. This firm was acquired by Associated Reporters of Nevada in 1997. At NCR, Monice learned the profession with great training, support, and guidance. She experienced all aspects of the business in a growing, professional atmosphere.
