Currently working for Nutrition X where I develop educational content for the digital platforms and as consultant for different teams through UK. My vision is to support athletes with a science based approach to help them to optimise their performance with nutritional strategies. As much as I love being a practitioner I am also interested in the path of research to discover new strategies to improve performance and health.
