In 2021, I became interested in the subject of agile. The more I read, the better I understood the pursuit of simplicity and transparency in running business projects. Scrum fits perfectly with the above assumptions, which is why I became a Scrum Master in July 2021. Stereotypically, Scrum is assigned to the IT industry, but it can be used in any industry where we deal with projects.
